How To Apply For Land - KIP

Please download the application form and fill it with the relevant details. Please attach the prescribed supporting documents as indicated in the application form. Then please attach a Bankers' Cheque or DD for Rs. 10,000 in favour of "KIPPL Hyderabad", payable at Hyderabad, towards the process fee.
The applicant needs to give a brief Powerpoint presentation before the Board of Directors justifying their need to set up an R&D unit at KIP.
The Board will communicate the decision to the applicant, duly indicating the terms and conditions of the allotment, including the lease premium / lease rentals / maintenance charges.
